Our deliveries, services and offers are based on these terms and conditions. By placing an order, the buyer agrees to these terms.

§ 1 Contract Conclusion and Reservation of Modification

(1) The contract is concluded on the basis of eBay's General Terms and Conditions, in particular § 9 thereof. We act as an entrepreneur pursuant to § 14 BGB. However, private sales outside our business operations are not excluded.

(2) Our obligation to perform is subject to corresponding stock levels or timely delivery by our suppliers.

(3) Our online catalog is non-binding and does not constitute a legal offer.

§ 2 Buyer's Information Duties

(1) The buyer is obliged to provide truthful information about data relevant to our business relationship.

(2) The buyer guarantees that the e-mail address provided is accessible.

§ 3 Right of Return

(1) The buyer may return the received goods within two weeks without giving any reason.

(2) In the event of an effective return, the services received on both sides must be returned.

(3) If the buyer is an entrepreneur, the above provisions do not apply.

§ 4 Prices

(1) Unless otherwise agreed, the prices listed in our item description apply.

(2) Prices include the applicable German VAT plus the flat-rate freight costs shown in the order.

§ 5 Delivery and Force Majeure

(1) The delivery periods stated in our online description are non-binding unless expressly agreed otherwise.

§ 6 Default in Acceptance

If we withdraw from the contract due to the buyer's default in acceptance, we are entitled to claim lump-sum damages.

§ 7 Payment

(1) Our invoices are payable in advance, unless otherwise agreed.

(2) Payment must be made within two weeks of receipt of our order confirmation.

§ 8 Warranty

(1) All pictorial representations of the goods in our online presentation are merely examples.

(2) In the event of defects, we shall provide subsequent fulfillment at our discretion.

§ 9 Liability

We are fully liable for damages arising from intent, gross negligence, or breach of essential contractual obligations.

§ 10 Retention of Title

Until full payment of the purchase price, the goods remain our property.

§ 11 Governing Law

For the business relationship with the buyer, the law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
